Refund policy

Our promise

If your video is not right, we will fix it.

• Wrong name or a problem with the video? We make it again for free.
• Not happy? Email us within 14 days at hellowishday@gmail.com and we will make it again or give your money back.
• Video never arrived? Email us and we will send it again or refund you.

Subscriptions can be stopped any time from your account. You keep the videos you already paid for until the end of that month.

To ask for a refund, email hellowishday@gmail.com with your order number. Refunds go back to the card you used, usually in 5-10 business days.
